My husband and I came to Asheboro in grief and brokeness. AFA very quickly became our new home. That was a year and a half ago and it just gets sweeter by the day. We love our new spiritual family. There is a wealth of spiritual teaching, total acceptance of newcomers. We were integrated into places of service very quickly and this is paradise for us. We have experienced an explosion of spiritual growth. Every Sunday we are so excited to see what the Sunday School will teach us and how God will show up in our worship service. Every Sunday we experience fresh, exciting messages. We love it.

Masters commission was a blessing!! I first saw them at a church when my daughter was about 15 and hoped she would join them after high school. When she graduated high school she was going through severe depression not knowing what to do with her life, she decided to do a year with them. God used masters commission and the church leaders to guide her. Taught her discipline and a heart for God. I met all the kids in her years there and the groups before that. AMAZING !! Pastor Dave and Yoeli are truly truly called by God to lead this amazing ministry. I learned so much from them aswell, even in there services, the few times I was there God spoke to me through them. I cant wait for my 9 year old now to join them when he is older. I thank God for the pastors and leaders at this church. Their ministries are God-led. Holy Spirit is truly the leader there, through these awesome pasters and leaders. If I repeated myself a few times its not enough 😁

We came to this church broken and empty, searching for something to heal and restore us. This church lifted us up, showing us the true meaning of “Love one another.” It’s not just a place of worship but a community where love, care, and support abound. Filled with the Holy Spirit, this church stands out in delivering the word of God fearlessly and truthfully, just as it should be. If you’re looking for a multicultural, welcoming, and spirit-filled church, this is it!
